(Vol. 1) and has compiled all the Cantonment Laws and Rules from 1800 A.D. till date, which is used as a reference book by judges and advocates of all courts in India. Dr Mittal is also a recipient of Humboldt Research Award, Platinum Jubilee Award of ISCA and the esteemed Padma Shri award (2003).
