Topper Harley (Charlie Sheen) is living in a Buddhist temple, his incompetent ex-commander (Lloyd Bridges) is in the white House, and a bunch of U.S. hostage in the Mid-East need rescuing. Topper’s the only man for the job, but he’s to hung-up on his ex-girlfriend (Valeria Golino) to deux it-until a beautiful CIA agent coaxes him back in the saddle. It’s do-or-die laughing mission that takes Harley and his hot shots on an action-packed trail booby-trapped with spoofs of the movie classics and filled with famous faces in hilarious cameos.
