Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) technology is for the progress in critical areas, such as health, education, energy, economy inclusion, social welfare and the environment, service , manufacture etc. business aspects. Can robots improve human performance on more and more tasks? If it is truth, will some of human jobs to be disappeared? Robots will replace human to do some simple jobs, then unemployment rate will rise to cause the low skillful and low educated workers will be increased. Whether robots will be improved to raise production or performance standard as well as bring human job market has more advantages or more disadvantages? Our business society had developed long time from farming period to manufacturing period, then to service industry period, till to nowadays technology service and manufacturing period. It brings this question: Can technology or human behavior may influence economic development? What factors may influence future our societies economic development? Can robots help organizations to make effective organizational strategies to bring economic development?
