The book is an attempt to analyze the present position from various aspects and to provide a probable solution to existing problems about the human rights. Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings regardless or race; sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right of work and education, and many more. Everyone is entitled to these rights, without discrimination. The full realization human rights are still remote and unattainable goal. Discrimination is rampant throughout the world. Thousand are prosecuted for speaking their minds. Human rights advocates agree that, sixty years after its issue, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is still more a dream than reality. After many declarations, laws and provisions in constitution human rights is still vulnerable and a discussion is required to assess the situation and reach a conclusion regarding the status and possible solution to any of the existing problems.
