Following that, he also deals with the theories pertaining to the 2-D world, also known as “Flatland”. About Michio Kaku Michio Kaku is a renowned theoretical physicist from America. Apart from this book, Kaku has written several famous science books. Kaku was born on the 24th of January, 1947, in San Jose, California. He completed his studies from Cubberley High School, Palo Alto, and further studies at Harvard University in the year 1968. Kaku later studied at Berkeley Radiation Laboratory, University of California, Berkeley, where he completed his doctoral degree in the year 1972. Through the course of his career, he has published more than 70 research articles in a number of physics journals. He currently serves as the Henry Semat Professor of Theoretical Physics at City College, New York City.
