What does it mean to be an adult? To me, it seems like being an adult is about being more serious and laughing a little less. Or maybe it’s just about pretending. If that’s what adults are supposed to be, I don’t want it. 'I don’t want to grow up' is my attempt at rejecting society’s idea of what it means to be a grownup. This is a silly kid's book for adults that recaptures the ups and downs of our journey to and through adulthood. It deals with feelings of anxiety, friendship, love, loss and random musings. I hope it strikes a cord with young readers who are trying to find their way in the world and old readers who want to rekindle their childhood.
