“amidst all the feeling, i felt nothing.” i hope one day we wake up and see all the demons have disappeared and not just hiding behind the curtains smirking at us i hope one day the sparrows and the parrots come to your window and wake you up in the morning oh, what a day it would be! i hope, you pause and smile listen to the chatter of the birds feel the sunshine falling on your face burning away all your sadness i hope one day our soul knows how it feels to sway in our body lastly, i hope anyone who is grieving right now —heals anyone who is lost —may be found anyone who thinks happiness lies outside —gets a chance to glance within Amen!
