There are no answers to our problems, the answers must come from a change that happens on the inside. In this book, Sheldon Kopp explains that there is no true guru in this world. No man holds the answers to our problems, there is no Buddha. Our personal journey needs its own unique answers, answers which we alone can discover along the journey. Readers will be able to understand how to change their destiny and accept their responsibilities which come with their freedom. It also outlines the responsibilities of therapists and shows how they are different from ordinary people who give advice. About Sheldon Kopp Sheldon B. Kopp was a psychotherapist and writer. Dr. Kopp completed his Ph.D. at the New School for Social Research and served as a Psychotherapy Supervisor for the Pastoral Counselling and Consultation Centres in Washington.
