About the Author Professor N. Balasubramanian is a visiting professor at IIM Ahmedabad and IMM Bangalore. He trains board and top level management, conducts research and advisory in the field of corporate governance and the responsibility and ethics that come with it. He has also held senior management positions at Wipro and has been on the board of Britannia Industries Limited.
