A fine young archer Robin Hood accidently kills one of the Sheriff’s men in self-defence. Now an outlaw, he hides in Sherwood Forest. As time goes by, Robin Hood is joined by others and together they form a merry band that steals from the rich to help the poor. When King Richard visits Robin Hood and his men at Sherwood Forest, they readily join his services abandoning a life of obscurity.
