Also the head of the International Centre for Parliamentary Documentation, IPU at Geneva till 1983, Dr. Kashyap published several articles and books, some of which are: Jawaharlal Nehru and the Constitution, Politics of Power, Tryst with Freedom, Parliament of India: Myths and Realities and History of the Freedom Movement.
