Weber completed his undergraduate degree from The University Of Queensland, studying Commerce. He later went on to pursue his Master’s Of Business Administration, and Doctoral degree in Management Information Systems, both from the University Of Minnesota. Through the course of his career, Weber has taught at a number of universities, which include Nanyang Technological University, City University Of Hong Kong, University Of British Columbia, The University Of Queensland, University Of Otago, and the University Of Alberta. He has also written a number of articles, which have been published in Australian as well as International journals. He currently holds the position of the Dean of the Faculty Of Information Technology, Monash University. In the year 2011, he was presented with the Leo Award by the Association For Information Systems.
