21st century is dedicated to scientific research and technical development. The great revolution in the field of communication started in the middle of 20th century. This has resulted in shortening of geographical distances and bringing the nations closer. Any significant incident happening in one part of the world invariably affects the other part of the world, directly or indirectly. Although, the nations had established diplomatic and commercial relations with each other several years ago, but this revolution has forced the nations to plan their relationships with other nations in the light of contemporary international developments. The study of these relations is the subject matter of International Relations.
