The aim in presenting this book to the undergraduate and postgraduate students of various Universities is to provide them with an accurate and understandable matter on Microbiology and Immunology. This book has been written as a text book for B.Sc. /B. Tech, M. Sc. /M. Tech life science and biotechnology students. The field of Microbiology and Immunology is very wide and very vast. In the limited space and good standard, I have tried my best to incorporate all the principles and techniques which are mentioned in the syllabus of most leading Universities.
