THIS IS AN INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO PUT ON THE IRIS BACK SUPPORT BELT Step 1. Take the upper part of the belt. The upper part is completely flat. Step 2. Unstrap the compression bands, put the belt around the required area of the back. Step 3. Fasten the belt around the desired area, regulating the necessary force and girth direction. Step 4. Pull ahead and fasten side bands to achieve the compression you want. Step 5. Take pleasure in easy work. ADVICE AND CAUTIONS: As the belt is quite rigid, we recommend to wear it over 100% Cotton T-shirt. Due to the considerable difference in waistline and rib line the belt during movement or while seating may go up. For such cases, we recommend to put on the belt on a thick jacket.
