Goal Mirror Belt offers coaches the opportunity to educate their players on positional awareness for both offensive and defensive situations. The Mirror Belt attaches to two players via waist bands, while the belt itself is connected with Velcro in the middle. Each belt includes two waist bands with attachment belts that can be adjusted from 4 feet to 5 feet apart. The Mirror Belt can also train players on their explosive speed when changing direction, and reaction time to those changes. Great for marking the opposition and general conditioning, the Mirror Belt forces players to work hard to keep up with each other. The Mirror Belt is designed to teach change of direction, reaction, and explosive speed. It works by attaching to two players, with the waist bands, and the belt connecting at the velcro. Once the offensive player has successfully moved enough distance between the defensive player, the velcro will come undone.
