This third supplement to the major loose-leaf work Irish Planning Law and Practice lays out a consolidated version of the 2009 Act, incorporating all of the amendments up to August 2012. It includes the changes made by the Environmental (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 and some other minor pieces of legislation. Detailed notes informing the reader of the origin of the changes and relevant commencement provisions are provided. As of 15 November 2011, all of the provisions of the 2011 Act amending the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2010 have been commenced.
