Cholai is given during menstruation. Cholai is given with Amla, Ashok chhal and Indian barberry. Reduces pain and bleeding. For Leucorhoea, it should be consumed with hirabol herb. Helps reducing miscarriages. Should be consumed for 6-7 days during menstruation.
