In this book the writer shaukat thanwi describe the house life in a funny and irony way. A man lives in a rented house but his house owner always does questions and answers. Whenever he becomes late returning from office owner questioned him. One day the owner say that if you play a Rummy 40 days in a house then the house become deserted. Than the man said inside himself that our college have never been deserted till today. This kind of tip-off keeps going. But slowly they become family. How so? In this story, writer tries to describe the relation between owner and tenet.
