The nectar from the plants in their respective seasons are used by the bees to create honey in their combs. We only harvest this gold liquid from natural hives, not box hives, follow a 3 step filtration process to remove visible impurities and retain maximum natural benefits and nutrients. Unlike many honey keepers we strictly bottle UN pasteurised honey. Thereby ensuring our customers maximum nutrients and benefits from the honey.
