Nirmal Organic Raw Virgin Coconut is extracted by Cold Processed method from fresh Coconuts, harvested from Certified Organic plantations in Kerala . This is a premium quality product which is processed with least amount of processing steps so as to retain fresh and natural coconut taste and flavour . Fresh coconut meat is grated and cold processed to produce coconut milk , milk is centrifuged through decanting centrifuge method to separate the oil which will then have very light texture and pleasant coconut aroma. All the nutrients in the product are intact as there is no additional heat used in the Cold- Processed oil manufacturing process.
