Besan, also known as gram flour, chickpea flour or Bengal gram flour is a light yellow color pulses flour made by grinding chickpea (Bengal gram). Kush Gold Besan is rich in fibre, carbohydrates and protein. Besan is used to make batter for fries like vadas, dhokla, chilla, pakora, Mysore pak, besan laddoo etc. It is also used to make desserts and also various kinds of sweet dishes.
