Our black pepper is procured from Wayanad, the spice epicenter of Kerala. There are three types of Black Pepper sourced from Kerala. Of them the Wayanadian is supposed to be the strongest flavour. These peppercorns are heavy. They have a density of 530-550g/litre by volume, the highest density available in the market. Ideally when you add them to water, most will sink as they are heavy.
