Yashtimadhu has its origins in the southern, central and Mediterranean Russia and Asia. Closer to home this herb is grown in the Himalayas. It has been very beneficial in treating digestive problems, cough, infection and sore throat among other things. The licorice roots are sourced straight from the Himalayan Mountains. It then goes to a facility where it is sun-dried and then powdered to make Yashtimadhu churna.
