We are indeed very happy in placing before the law student, young advocates and judicial fraternity the “First Edition” of “Labour Laws”. The first edition covers the enactments like Trade Union Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Industrial employment standing orders Act, and Laws relating to wages. We have, however, kept in mind an important fact that the present work has its characters as “Student Edition” and does not become treatise on Labour Laws.
