I used to teach the first half of "LaghusiddhantaKaumudi" prescribed in the syllabus of B.A. Part II, so at that time I realized that there is no such edition of the present book which contains "LaghusiddhantaKaumudi" (prescribed Appropriate answers are available for all kinds of doubts related to the syllabus) and from the point of view of the students, clear Hindi explanation of the formulas and examples related to them are also present. From that time I thought that I should write the above Kaumudi on the basis of my point of view. But due to being busy in writing some other books, I could not use my pen for this book. Meanwhile, MA classes were also opened in Sanskrit subject. Fortunately, I had to do the work of teaching the prescribed syllabus for the latter part of Utta Kaumudi. Therefore, the difficulties of the students related to this latter part also came before me. I started thinking again why shouldn't I write this whole book? But due to paucity of time this work could not be done even at that time.
