This novel describes the history of Lal Chauk of Kashmir after freedom. Kings of Kashmir comes to Mumbai with his wife and Md. Abdullah take over the territory. After that, situations were out of control. There were riots, police were starting charging and firing in Lal Chauk. Lal Chauk were drenched in blood. The story of this Lal Chauk was presented by the novelist what he saw.
