U.C. Mahajan’s Lal Kitab is the English version of the original Lal Kitab, which was written in Urdu by renowned astrologer Pandit Rup Chand Joshi in the 19th century. Summary of the Book Lal Kitab is a unique book on Vedic astrology based on the ancient text. The author has been successful in bringing together Palmistry and Hindu astrology (Jyotisha) in this book. He was born in the year 1930 in Sujanpur Tira. He was working as a principal of a government college and retires from the same position. He got into the astrological studies in 1990. He happened to read the original Lal Kitab in Urdu. Since then, he was determined to master the science of astrology. He has authored several books including Horoscope Reading Made Easy and Chinese Astrology.
