Affix the sticker and install the pinion 2. Full the cup with 90% ice first then add 1/4 salt to the cup then Pour 1/2 cup with warm water 3. Cover the roller tightly , shaking up and down roller, so that rapid dissolution of the salt and ice 4. When you add the salt in to the cup, salt compenents should reach to 1/4 cup. This is very importent, If put less salt, and the roller temperature is not low enough, the milk can not be soildfied. 5. Install the rollerto machine, cover transparent lid, Install Rotary Knob the pour the milk to the roller surface till the level reaches to the lower edge of the roller. And the same time shake the handle clockwise for 5-10 mins. Then milk begin to tbe soildfied on the surface. 6. Make a hole on the surface after solidification , Install ice cream scoop, cover a transparent lid 7. After Installing the ice cream scoop and transparent lid, hold the ice cream scoop properly , and then shake the handle counter-clockwise then you can see the scraped up. The put the ice cream into aq cup, add ingredients according to your preference.
