We are extremely happy in placing before students, professors and junior advocates the Seventh Edition of Lectures on Administrative Law. The last edition was published in the year 2017 which exhaustively dealt with several topics. Certain new topics were also added. The work was warmly welcomed and appreciated by students, law-teachers, lawyers and judges.Various universities have also prescribed the work as textbook at LL B and LL M level. In the present edition, we have taken note of development on the subject in India and also in foreign countries. Case law up to January 2021 has been included. Various topics have been discussed in detail. Certain new topics have also been added. We have, however, taken care to ensure that the book remains as "Student Edition" and does not become Commentary or Treatise on the subject. Readers interested in detailed and analytical approach to various issues may refer to Lawyers' Edition of the Authors' Administrative Law.
