He has written several books on the subject, and attended many national and international conferences relating to its various aspects. Akhil Kumar Singh, M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Phil., is a Lecturer in Library & Information Science in M.M. College, Modinagar. He is a member of Indian Library Association (ILA) and has attended many national and international seminars. Rakesh Kumar, M.Lib.I.Sc., qualified the UGC-NET in 2005. Presently, he is a Lecturer in Library & Information Science, M.M. Modi College, Modinagar. He also served as Librarian in Mewar Institute of Management.
