The book is divided into seven chapters. It provides an analytical view on life skill education. The explanation is simple and meaningful which serves the purpose of all the readers irrespective of land and area. The organization of contents consists of basic authentic sources and it is consistent in the developmental aspects. Each of the chapters has its own importance. It includes introduction considering the present need of life skill education. The second chapter supplies good understanding of living in a fast changing society and explains that the society changes how it learns and the society learns how it changes. It indirectly explains the needs of the young graduation students for facing the new growing situation with adaptive behaviour, which ultimately leads to a successful life. The book also contains life skill practices useful to teachers, trainers and even social workers.
