Beetroot round shaped, deep colored red beets which can be pickled or boiled, steamed and is best for canning. Interior color has no white rings or zones. The round red roots have a smooth buttery texture that pleases the tongue and is a satisfying early producing beet. These beets perform well in poor soil. They are also served as tops which are fresh or cooked.
