This sun block claims to be sweat and water proof. It does works as sweat proof sun block, but it’s not a good waterproof sunscreen to be used during swimming. I have used this sun block during swimming and it failed to give me sun protection there. I would say that it is a good sun block to wear during shopping or just any day, but not the best choice for swimming.
