Start with a clean and dry eyelid. Apply a small amount of the liquid eyeshadow onto the brush or your finger, and gently dab the product onto your eyelid. Allow the eyeshadow to dry for a few seconds before opening your eyes fully to prevent any smudging or transfer. Easily remove with water or makeup remover.
