How To Use: For Cheeks, If you use liquid foundation, blend it before cheek stain application. If you’re more of a powder girl, apply after your cheek color. And for lips, lightly tap the tint on your lips and it's best to start from the center of the lips and then diffuse it outwards. Remember, very very little goes a long way!
