Prof, Dr. Arjun Y Pangannavar is a versatile writer in Kannada and English language. He had born on 29th June 1951 at Gokak-Falls in labor-class tribal family. Shri Yallappa Pangannavar and Smt Holhevva were his parents; he had four brothers and six sisters. Gokak-Falls is a fascinating beautiful village on right bank of river Ghataprabha that has beautiful water falls, centuries old Gokak Textile Mills and multicultural society, that comes in Belgaum District, Karnataka State, India.
