Every period of history is known because of the personality of a particular person. After the glory of the Mughal Empire, the kingdom of Maharaja Surajmal became the center of politics of North India. This period is called the period of policies and diplomacy of Maharaja Surajmal. To establish his kingdom, Surajmal adopted a far-sighted policy that deviated from the policies of his ancestors. Surajmal transformed Bharatpur from a jagir to Bharatpur state (Jat state). Due to his diplomacy, Surajmal saved his kingdom from degradation even in various difficult situations. Surajmal always adopted political management and administrative benevolence for the state.
