Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayee Alcoholic movie director, Rahul (Rahul Roy) ends up in a Rehabilitation Centre. Once there, he finds out that there is an inmate, Pooja (Pools Bhatt), who is schizophrenic and has deep ranging mental problems. After an initial clash of personalities, the two become fast friends, and find that they are in love with each other. But Pooja's paranoia and instability makes any relationship impossible, and as a result she is hospitalized in a mental institution. Shortly thereafter there is a fire at the institution, and Pooja is killed in it. Rahul is devastated by Pooja's death, and is unable to take her off of his mind. One of his movie actresses, Seema (Paola Bedi), and his brother Rohit, attempt to divert his mind, without much success. Then Rahul start getting phone calls from a girl whose voice resembles Pooja's. Near the end it is found out that Pooja is alive, and she was the one who had burned down the mental institution because "she didn't like it there". Rahul and Pooja run away from the cops and Pooja's dad who wants her back in mental hospital. They roam the jungle and change places but they are caught by the police in a town and Pooja snatches a gun from a police officer and shoots herself saying she doesn't want to go back to the mental hospital, she wants to be with Rahul. Her father and Rahnl helplessly watch her die. Sangharsh Police in India are baffled over the case of missing children, who bodies are later found dead. The case is assigned to the Central Bureau of Investigation, who entrust this matter to the care of CBI Officer, Reet Oberoi (Preity Zinta). Through extensive investigation Reel finds that the assailant is Lajja Shankar Pandey (Ashutosh Rana), a religious fanatic, undettered by the attention he has generated over the child killings, he continues to abduct children, and subsequently sacrifice them. In order to get more information about Pandey and his behaviour, Reet interviews and then seeks the help of a jailed convict, Professor Amon Varma (Akshaye Kumar), and because of this unconventional approach, she runs into problems, not only with the jail authorities, the local police; the home ministry; and Professor Varma himself. Things get worse when the only child of the Home Minister is abducted by Pandey, and Reet is asked to let go of this investigation. Junoon Nita lives a middle-class lifestyle with her mom and dad in Bombay, India, and works as a Surgeon in a hospital. She is of marriageable age, & is in love with a struggling Musician/Singer named Ravi, much to the chagrin of her mom, who wants her to marry someone who is wealthy. One day a badly wounded male is admitted into the hospital, is pronounced dead, but recovers, and with Nita's help recuperates and is discharged. He visits Nita's home, introduces himself as wealthy Vikram Chauhan and asks her parents for the hand of Nita, who immediately accept. But Nita wants to marry Ravi and plans to elope with him. On that fateful day, Ravi fails to keep his appointment and a heartbroken Nita decides to get married to Vikram. The marriage takes place with great pomp and ceremony. When Ravi attempts to re-enter Nita's life, she forbids him. Little does she know that Ravi's plans had been sabotaged by none other than Vikram - who is in reality a human during daytime...
