Krishnaswamy is a consultant and former professor at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has over three decades of experience in teaching and research experience in management. He completed his engineering from Mysore University and an ME in aeronautics and a PhD in management from IISc. He has authored several research papers. Appa Iyer Sivakumar is an Associate professor at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. His research interests include operations research, logistics and supply chain management, and research management. He was the technical and project manager for nine years at Lucas Systems and Engineering in UK. He completed his BE and a PhD in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Bradford, UK. M. Mathirajan is the Prinicipal Resaerch Scientist at the Department of Management Studies at IISc, Bangalore.  He completed his MSc in mathematics from Madurai Kamaraj University and postgraduate diploma in operations research from Anna University. He has published several research papers and has authored two academic books.
