Pure Katarnai Chiwda procured from the source . It has an unique aroma and is very soft and easily digestible.It can eaten with Curd (Dahi) and the dish is called Dahi-Chiwda, one of the most favourite breakfast/food in Northern India especically in Bihar,UP and Jharkhand.
