Maritime Disputes span across larger issues of contours of boundaries, in the sense of those zones over which each nation state has sovereignty and this poses a larger risk to disputes and war, when there are cluster of nation states, with overlapping claims over the common territorial waters. Whilst Archipelagos have rules for ascertaining this boundaries, in as much as larger nations with overlapping territorial waters, the later is a more serious issue to be taken into consideration, given their strength in making ado out of this chaos, and its influence over the global economy. This Book endevours to adress some of these issues.
