'Master Plan' narrates painful story of a common man, whose home, employment, dreams and hopes everything has ruined. The author, Arifa Avis, astonishes not only with the language and craft of the story but also has courage to say about it in this tough time. How the government, elected by the public and at whose behest they make the public life very difficult, the story not only narrates the facts dauntlessly but also examines deeply and exposes the loot happens in the name of the schemes which are plunder bond of religion, market and politics. -Vivek Mishra (Senior Literator)
