Dr. Jindal procured his Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and obtained his doctoral degree in Experimental Stress Analysis from the University of Delhi. He has been actively teaching, writing, and researching on engineering mechanics and material science for the past 45 years, and has published a total of nine books in addition to several research papers that have been published in international and national journals.
