Put the tongue scraper on the tongue as comfortably as possible.Gently slide the scraper forward, brush first and then scrape.Repeat 3 or 4 times.Rinse after use and use twice a day for best results.Ergonomic design and double-sided anti-skid handle do not fall during use.
