Our master artisans have completely woven these stunning Tussar Cotton Tant Handloom Sarees from the finest Tussar yarn in the weave pattern and Pure Cotton as a base. This is a unique weaving art form of West Bengal. We weave these Bengali Zari Work Tat Banarasi Sarees traditionally using fine Tussar in the warp and weft for the body. We made the Par or the edge of the saree with exquisite velvet threads and Golden Zaris. The base of this Tant Banarasi Saree is Tussar without having any mixes of Harmful fabrics. We use Pure Cotton thread work to do the Motifs or Designs on the body and Golden Zari work on the Anchal and the borders as well. And the motifs and Designs used to make the saree are inspired by Banarasi Sarees and that’s why it is also known as Bengali Tant Banarasi Sarees.
