This beautiful Traditional Tussar Silk saree is completely woven by Skilled Mayabi craftsmen from the finest Tussar Silk yarn in the weave pattern. These sarees have a unique design that makes them stand out from the rest. Mayabi weavers weave these Bengal Tant sarees traditionally using fine Tussar yarn in the warp and weft for the body. We used Cotton and Zari in the extra warp for weaving the border design. We made the Par or the edge of this Pure Tussar Silk saree with exquisite velvet threads for extended durability and sometimes Golden Zari. In Bengal, these sarees are also known as Tant Banarasi Sarees because of their design compilations. And It consists of handwork Zari buti over the body and velvet over the Border. These Handwoven Tussar Silk sarees are best fit for Weeding functions or any festival or ceremony. It does not include a blouse piece.
