They both also don’t know that their lives will never be the same after that. About Jojo Moyes Jojo Moyes was born in London in the year 1969. She completed her education at Royal Holloway, University of London and Bedford New College, London University. In the year 1992, she earned a grant funded by The Independent newspaper to join the postgraduate newspaper journalism course at the City University, London. Jojo consequently worked with The Independent for the next full decade donning many different roles including Assistant News Editor and Arts and Media Correspondent. Sheltering Rain was her debut book, published in 2002. She was awarded with the Romantic Novel of the Year Award from the Romantic Novelists' Association in 2004 for Foreign Fruit and for The Last Letter from Your Lover in 2011. Some of Jojo’s other books include Windfallen and The Girl You Left Behind.
