AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR SINGLE PHASE UP TO 2 HP SUBMERSIBLE WATER PUMP MOTOR STARTERS FOR 1 OVERHEAD TANK (Model: P-9900)FULLY AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS: This system will trigger ON switch of START button of Starter for 3 seconds, through 220 volt AC Contactor to start single phase up to 2 HP Submersible pump motor when water level in overhead tank goes below the preset point and switches off the motor through Starter when overhead tank fully fills up. Thisway the system not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor.OPTION FOR INSTANT PUMP MOTOR START: The system has the option for starting the pump motor manually by one soft press button before water level in overhead tank reaches the prefixed level for automatic switch on, but it will switch off the said motor automatically as soon as overhead water tank fully fills up. However, this function willnot activate pump motor if there is sufficient quantity of water in overhead tank. Quantity of water for using this option may vary according to the setting/adjustment of sensor for switch on & off levels in overhead tank.OPTION FOR MANUAL OPERATION: Apart from fully automatic functions, this system also has the option for using motor starter manually by a switch. By opting for manual mode, this will allow the Starter panel to function manually as usual without making any changes in the existing wiring between Controller and Starter.MAINTENANCE-FREE SENSOR-SWITCH: The system, in a strong & shock-proof ABS cabinet, has maintenance-free sensor-switch, concealed in a hard plastic box, which senses levels of water in tank without passing any electric current into the water, hence, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions that may cause oxidation to the sensor-switch.EASY TO INSTALL: The system is very easy to install as it has only one sensor-switch in tank. System is designed to control the Starter with 2-3 second automatic resettable timer, which triggers, through a Contactor, a pair of Starter’s START button for 2-3 seconds only. This way system disconnects the start-capacitor (in Starter panel) connected with the motor in 2-3 seconds after motor takes its full running speed.NOTE: Wire to connect water tank sensor-switch with controller is not included in the package. Please use .5 mm (3 Core) wire for this purpose. CAUTION: THIS IS A 220 VOLTS AC PRODUCT, MUST BE INSTALLED BY AN ELECTRICIAN ONLY.
