Model P-9600 (1+1) FULLY AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS: This system triggers the submersible pump motor through starter (for single phase having 1 switch in start button of starter) as soon as water level in overhead tank goes below the prefixed point and switches off the motor starter immediately when overhead tank fully fills up. It will also switch off the starter when water in reservoir/lower tank is finished. This way the system not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor. OPTION FOR INSTANT PUMP MOTOR START: The system also has the option for starting pump motor manually by soft touch/press button before water level in overhead tank reaches the prefixed level for automatic switch on pump motor, but it will switch off said motor automatically as soon as overhead water tank fully fills up. This option helps in storing maximum quantity of water when there are scheduled power cuts. For example: There is a power cut and electric supply is available for two hours & during this time, water level in overhead tank is not at prefixed level for automatic switch on pump motor, and by the time, water level in overhead tank reaches the prefixed level for automatic switch on, the time of availability of electric supply may run out, resultantly, overhead tank may not be fully filled. But, by using option for manually switch on pump motor in anticipation to power/electricity cut will help in filling maximum quantity of water in overhead tank. However, this function will not activate pump motor if there is sufficient quantity of water in overhead tank. The said quantity of water for using this option may vary according to the setting/adjustment of sensor for switch on & off levels in overhead tank. MAINTENANCE-FREE SENSOR-SWITCHES: The controller, in strong & shock-proof ABS cabinets, has maintenance-free sensor-switches, concealed in hard plastic boxes, which sense levels of water in tanks without passing any electric current into the water, thus, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions that may cause corrosion/oxidation to these sensor-switches. EASY TO INSTALL: The system is very easy to install as it has only one sensor in tank. The system is designed to control the starter with 2-3 second automatic re-settable timer, which triggers a pair of starter’s “switch on" button for 2-3 seconds only. This way system disconnects the start-capacitor in starter panel connected for starting the motor in 2-3 seconds after motor takes full running speed. LED INDICATORS: The system has LED light indicators for pump motor function & standby/power. CAUTION: Do not open back cover of device while it is plugged in power supply.
